Robert Elam (Judy Elam Pelon\u2019s son) in the webdeveloper) and he has over 45 years of software development. Ryan Elam- assisted (Judy\u2019s other son has over 46 years of software devloping, Doug Ruth is Judy and Tom Pelon\u2019s son-in-law and has a sign business, he as been making signs for over 20 years. Other family contributors has been brought ideas and thoughts to the website\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u00a0<\/p><p>However I have created myself only one website, but have had 6 websites created. I wanted to join our family into one area business in order to give opportunities to any associated family member. Family owned businesses is a great way to bring family together.\u00a0<\/p><p>I have both long and short term rentals and have been doing this for over 35 years. Other partners have joined in the group\u2026\u2026\u2026to make the website have anything and everything a ower\/agent, guest, or tenant might want. We hope you will join our family, partner in sales, partner in technology and give this website everything it needs to help those that join.\u00a0<\/p><p>The people who will join is a opportunity for owner\/Agents, guests (vacationers), and tenants (long term renters) to have a way to communicate with each other and not go through a 3rd party.
